Located in the heart of Dallas, TruFusion isn’t your typical gym. It combines five studios in one, offering an array of workouts under one roof, including heated and non-heated yoga, cycling, boxing, Pilates, barre, bootcamp, HIIT, strength training, and more. No matter your fitness level or favorite modality, there’s something for everyone.
We tried out one of their signature classes — Kettlebooty — a fun, challenging blend of kettlebell strength moves and glute-focused exercises. The energy in the room was contagious, and the coaching was both encouraging and effective. It’s easy to see how members stay motivated to push past their comfort zones.
TruFusion Dallas is celebrating its six-year anniversary this August. Since opening, the gym has grown a loyal community by helping people across all fitness levels find what works for them, often in ways they never expected.
“We’ve built something really unique here,” said Kareem Hakeemy, owner of TruFusion Dallas. “This isn’t just a place to work out, it’s a space where people try new things, surprise themselves, and build real community. Whether you’re a yogi, a boxer, or someone who’s just starting their fitness journey, we have something that will challenge and inspire you.”
Classes run Monday through Thursday from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m., with an afternoon break before picking back up from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Weekend hours are 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
