His career started in the 1990s. His dad was involved in stock car racing and Starr fell in love with it watching his dad. He started racing on the dirt tracks and worked his way up since then. He has gotten to travel the world racing, doing what he loves.
He’s the only current NASCAR stock car driver that has had a first start every season since the 1990s. It’s a 28 year long career that he says he will do until he can’t any more because it’s what he loves and is so passionate about it.
