High Noon is recalling its Beach variety 12-pack due to a serious labeling issue.

According to the FDA recall, some of these specific variety packs of vodka soda seltzers have cans with Celsius labels for the Astro Vibe flavor or Sparkling Blue Razz edition of the energy drink.

However, despite the cans labeled as the energy drink, which does not contain alcohol, it is in fact filled with High Noon alcoholic seltzer. The UPC for the High Noon Beach Variety Packs with wrongly labeled cans is 085000040065 or lot codes L CCC 17JL25 14:00 to L CCC 17JL25 23:59 or L CCC 18JL25 00:00 toL CCC 18JL25 03:00. The lot codes are on the outside of the cardboard packing for the 12-pack.

High Noon says for customers to also check any Astro Vibe flavor or Sparkling Blue Razz individual cans they might have purchased that were not part of a High Noon Beach variety 12-pack. The lot numbers for the Celsius cans that are actually filled with High Noon are UPC 8 89392 00134 1 or Lot Code L CCB 02JL 2:55 to L CCB 02JL25 3:11. The lot code is lasered on the bottom of the can. The Celsius cans affected by this recall also have a silver top, not a black one.

The impacted cases of High Noon were shipped to retailers in Florida, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin between July 21-23.

The company says the mistake happened because a packaging supplier accidentally sent empty Celsius cans to High Noon. The recall was issued after the issue was discovered.

The recall is so that people don’t accidentally drink an alcoholic beverage without their knowledge. No problems have been reported yet, but if you have a mislabed case or individual can, you can email High Noon consumer relations (consumerrelations@highnoonvodka.com) to get a refund.
