BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Afternoon storms on Wednesday left thousands without power in and around the Greater Baton Rouge area.
According to outage maps from Demco and Entergy, over 17,000 East Baton Rouge and neighboring parishes’ customers are left without power as of 4:24 p.m.
An estimated restoration time has not been decided, according to Entergy.
