THE HELP CONTINUES: Abilene nonprofit aids San Angelo flood victims

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – Though it may no longer be front-page news, recovery efforts continue across the Hill Country and Concho Valley, where volunteers are still clearing debris and delivering aid to those impacted by catastrophic July floods.

Abilene-based nonprofit Global Samaritan Resources is now preparing to send a 16-foot box truck loaded with 52 twin-size mattresses to San Angelo.

The mattresses were already in Global Samaritan’s inventory, thanks to an earlier donation from Mattress Firm and Good360.
