PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Portland Trail Blazers announced Tuesday that they will be updating their uniforms for the upcoming 2025-26 NBA season.
The changes are meant to be subtle and give the team a fresh look, rather than alter the appearance dramatically. The Blazers are prioritizing a clean, modern finish that honors the Rip City logo, but plays with the trim colors.
The organization decided to remove the silver trim and accents to keep the look simple and classic, as well as focus on the main colors- black, red, and white. All of which have been cornerstone identifiers on the team’s uniforms since 1970.
