The photo was released after the agency released a sketch drawing of a man accused of killing 43-year-old Clinton David Brink and 41-year-old Cristen Amanda Brink.
The two were attacked while hiking with their two daughters, who authorities say are unharmed and safe with family.
The person of interest is described as a white man with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved shirt with rolled-up sleeves, dark pants, a dark baseball cap and sunglasses.
ASP officials said he was carrying a black backpack, wearing fingerless gloves and may have been injured during the attack.
Witnesses said they saw the man leaving the area in a black four-door car, possibly a Mazda, with the license plate covered with tape. Officials said witnesses saw him traveling towards State Highway 170 or State Highway 220.
Anyone with information on the person of interest or details regarding the case is asked to contact the ASP tip line at 501-618-TIPS.
