Suspect in Iredell County drug case remains at large
IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — In response to numerous complaints from concerned community members regarding possible narcotics activity, investigators with the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at a Mooresville home.

This search was conducted as part of an ongoing investigation into suspected drug sales in the area.

Investigators located seven grams of methamphetamine along with various items of drug paraphernalia commonly associated with the sale and distribution of illegal narcotics.

At the time of the search warrant execution, the suspect, Ira Joshua Freeze, was not present at the home.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Freeze for Felony Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Methamphetamine and Felony Maintaining a Dwelling for the Sale or Use of a Controlled Substance.

Freeze is currently on probation for previous methamphetamine-related offenses.

Anyone with information regarding Freeze’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office at 704-878-3100.
