No one hurt in Springfield house fire

SPRINGFIELD, Va. (DC News Now) — Fire investigators are working to determine the cause of a Sunday house fire in Fairfax County, according to the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department.

According to firefighters, crews responded around noon to reports of a house fire in the 5900 block of Amherst Avenue in Springfield.

There, heavy flames and smoke were seen throughout the house.
