The Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) started an investigation on July 15 after a report that a man had inappropriately touched a child.
Detectives discovered that 46-year-old Christopher Dudley of Fairfax had inappropriately touched that child several times. During the investigation, three other victims came forward and said that Dudley had inappropriately touched them before as well.
FCPD said that Dudley works as a real estate agent and a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician with Besthesda Chevy Chase Resque Squad in Maryland.
He also worked as a voice coach at St. Paul’s Parish in D.C., taught private vocal lessons until 2024 and worked for Bailey’s Crossroads Volunteer Fire Department from 2010 until 2012.
Officers arrested Dudley on July 24. He is facing eight counts of aggravated sexual battery and eight counts of indecent liberties by custodian.
He was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was held on no bond.
