HAPPENING NOW: 2-alarm fire prompts investigation at Abilene’s Windsor Hotel

First responders arrived at the hotel on the 400 block of Pine Street just before noon and found smoke filling one of the floors, prompting them to sound a second alarm.

Fire investigators told KTAB and KRBC an oven caught fire on the 9th floor, prompting the entire floor to be evacuated. No injuries were reported in connection to this fire.
