Baxter Health Adds Emergency Physician to Fulton County Hospital Staff


Baxter Health has announced the addition of Dr. Shawn Anderson to the emergency department at Baxter Health Fulton County Hospital.
Anderson, an emergency medicine physician with nearly 20 years of experience, most recently served as Medical Director at the VA in Mountain Home. His background includes work in emergency departments across Arkansas, Oklahoma, and St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.




He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. Anderson completed his residency at the University of Oklahoma.

“We are very excited to have Dr. Anderson join the medical staff at Baxter Health Fulton County Hospital,” said EZ Niles, hospital administrator. “His extensive experience and dedication to caring for patients in emergency medicine make him a valuable addition to our hospital and to our community.”
