Heat relief resources, cooling centers available in New Orleans
NEW ORLEANS (
WGNO ) — In response to the
high temperatures in the New Orleans area, the City of New Orleans has launched the
NOLA Ready Heat Relief Map .
According to city officials, the following locations will be open to the public on Monday, July 28 and Tuesday, July 29 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

An overnight cooling center and heat relief resources will also be available for unhoused individuals.
