According to the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, Justin Armstrong Sr., 50, of Beloit, was driving his Ford F150 north on N. Tolles Road when he lost control near the intersection with W. Church Street in Porter Township.
He suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the crash, but displayed signs of intoxication, police said.
Armstrong was charged with a 4th offense OWI, OWI causing injury, and resisting arrest.
In Wisconsin, a fourth OWI offense is considered a felony.
