Suspect arrested in Saturday’s fatal stabbing in San Francisco 
(KRON) – A man was stabbed to death in San Francisco’s Taraval District, and a suspect is in custody, according to the San Francisco Police Department.  

At approximately 4:12 p.m. on Saturday, San Francisco police responded to Ocean and Lee avenues for the report of a stabbing. 

Arriving officers found a man suffering from a stab wound. Police said officers rendered aid and paramedics took the victim to the hospital. However, the victim was pronounced deceased at the hospital. 

SFPD said other officers detained a person, identified as San Francisco resident Sean Collins,  who matched the suspect’s description near the stabbing.

Collins, 29, was booked into the San Francisco County Jail for homicide.
