Man accused of robbing Visalia fast-food restaurant

VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man was caught running through residents’ backyards after police said he robbed a Visalia fast-food restaurant.

Just before 7 p.m., police say 38-year-old Noah Robinson entered Visalia’s Long John Silver’s and demanded money. Under the threat of a knife, the employees handed him $110.

Robinson fled, but officers found him nearby in the 1700 block of West Dorothea. Police say he then attempted to escape arrest by running through nearby backyards, but was caught soon after with the stolen cash still in his pocket.
