Local restaurants will offer small portioned items from their menu or including appetizers, main entree and desserts to guests looking to garner votes that will be tallied at the end of the evening.
Breakbill says the vendors put in a lot of planning into the event.

There will be judged awards for Best Dessert, Best Appetizer and Best Entree, as well a People’s Choice award and Best Booth award. The event has many activities planned to keep guests entertained.

The annual Taste of the Twin Lakes fundraising event will take place Monday, August 11, at the Baxter County Fairgrounds.
Doors open at 5:30. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased at the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce, Serenity, Inc., or The Purple Door.
