BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — A virtual meeting scheduled for July 29 between the Waste Reduction District of Monroe County and the Rocky Mountain Institute may include a quorum of the district’s Executive Committee, triggering public notice requirements under Indiana’s Open Door Law.
The meeting will begin at 12:30 p.m. and will be held exclusively via Zoom. According to the public notice posted July 24 by Executive Director Tom McGlasson Jr., no official action is necessarily expected, but the presence of a quorum means business could be discussed.
