Man vandalized Fairfield burger spot seven times in one month: PD

(KRON) — A 34-year-old man was arrested after Fairfield police said he vandalized a burger spot multiple times in the last month — violating a domestic violence restraining order already in place from the restaurant.

The Fairfield Police Department said Mooyah Burgers was targeted between June 24 and July 23 in a series of nine vandalism incidents which damaged its business and vehicles.

FPD said surveillance video linked seven of the incidents to Jaime Garcia of Fairfield. Fairfield police said Garcia was taken into custody on Wednesday in a parking lot.

A search of Garcia’s Spring Court residence uncovered “numerous pieces of evidence directly related to the vandalism incidents,” according to police.

Garcia was taken to the Solano County Jail where he was booked on several charges including, vandalism, stalking and a violation of a domestic violence restraining order.
