Man dies after drowning in Montgomery County, officials say
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A man died after he drowned in Montgomery County early Thursday morning, according to officials.

Details are limited; however, David Pazos, with the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services, said that just before 7:30 a.m., crews were called to the 7100 block of Blanchard Drive for a drowning.

When first responders arrived, they found a man in cardiac arrest. David added that medics tried to save him, but he died.

As of Thursday morning, the name of the victim has not been released.
