
TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Department of Transportation, Caltrans, announced the nighttime full closure of southbound Highway 99 in Tulare County.
Caltrans says the closure will be for the removal of falsework as part of construction with Security Paving Inc. on the International Agri-Center Interchange project.
Southbound Highway 99 will be closed at Paige Avenue (Exit 85) starting the night of Sunday, July 27, through the night of Wednesday, July 30, from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. each night.
According to Caltrans, a posted detour will take traffic off Highway 99 at Paige Avenue (Exit 85), then utilize Paige Avenue, K Street, and Rankin Road to re-enter southbound Highway 99.
