500+ High-performance CSS Animations Library – {css}animation
{css}animation is a lightweight, modular CSS library that allows you to add 500+ smooth, high-performance, pre-built animations to your web projects.

It’s designed to help you create complex CSS3 animations like fades, bounces, and even granular letter-based effects without writing custom @keyframes or relying on JavaScript.

Features:

  • Large Animation Collection: Over 500 animations organized into logical categories, including bounces, fades, rotations, glitch effects, and 3D transformations.
  • Zero JavaScript Dependencies: Pure CSS/CSS3 implementation.
  • Modular Import System: Import entire animation groups, individual effects, or the complete library based on project requirements.
  • Letter-Level Text Animation: Letter-by-letter, word-by-word, and line-by-line text effects.
  • Utility Classes: Speed, delay, easing, and loop controls for fine-tuning animation behavior.
  • Framework Compatibility: Works with React, Vue, Tailwind CSS, and other modern development stacks.
  • Accessibility Compliance: Automatic animation disabling when users enable reduced motion preferences.

How to use it:

1. Install and download {css}animation with NPM.

# NPM
$ npm install @hellouxpavel/cssanimation

2. Import the styles into your main JavaScript or CSS file.

// Import the complete library (core, utilities, etc)
import '@hellouxpavel/cssanimation';

// OR import only the core CSS animations
import '@hellouxpavel/cssanimation/css';

// And optionally, the utility classes
import '@hellouxpavel/cssanimation/utility';

3. Or place these links in your document’s <head> section:

<link href="/path/to/cssanimation.min.css" rel="stylesheet" />
<link href="/path/to/cssanimation-utility.min.css" rel="stylesheet" />

4. To apply an animation, add the base .cssanimation class to an element, followed by the specific animation class. You can find all animation classes on the demo page.

<h1 class="cssanimation ca__fx-fadeIn">Animated Heading</h1>
<div class="cssanimation ca__fx-bounceX">Bouncing Element</div>
<p class="cssanimation ca__fx-glitchNeon">Glitch Text Effect</p>

5. You can chain utility classes to customize the behavior. The class prefixes make them easy to remember: ca__u- for utilities and ca__fx- for effects.

  • Speed: .ca__u-speedChill, .ca__u-speedFast
  • Easing: .ca__u-easeSnappy, .ca__u-easeWobble
  • Looping: .ca__u-loopOnce, .ca__u-loopTriple, .ca__u-loopInfinity
  • Delay: .ca__u-delay1, .ca__u-delay2, .ca__u-delay3
<h1 class="cssanimation ca__fx-fadeIn ca__u-delay2 ca__u-speedChill">Delayed, slow fade-in.</h1>
