Pioneer Day will feature a mix of clouds and sunshine across northern and eastern Utah, with a very slight chance for a pop-up shower or two. Highs will warm into the mid 90s for the Wasatch Front. Look for plenty of sunshine for southern Utah with afternoon highs in the upper 90s.
The high-pressure ridge will begin to strengthen moving into the weekend bringing continued sunshine, breezy winds, and slightly warmer temperatures. High will warm from the mid to upper 90s along the Wasatch Front. Highs will climb back into the triple-digits for St. George.
Rain chances continue to look bleak through the middle of next week. In fact, drier than average conditions likely hang tough through the end of the month. Small signs point to maybe a few shower chances by late next week across north and eastern Utah.
