Kentucky father, son killed in shooting after reported fight

The call came in just before 12:30 a.m. on July 24, Oldham County Police said. A girl had called for help, reporting that her brother and father were physically fighting.

Officers said when they arrived at the Clare Cove home, they met the girl outside and ensured she was safe before entering. Inside, police reportedly discovered both the father and son shot and “critically wounded.”

Despite taking life-saving measures, first responders pronounced both deceased.

The victims have been identified as 47-year-old Nadeem Pasha and 17-year-old Elizjah Pasha.

The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
