A juvenile is in the hospital following a shooting in Brooklyn Park on Wednesday night.
The Brooklyn Park Police Department said that at around 5:15 p.m., officers responded to the 5900 block of Garwood Road on report of a shooting.
On scene, police found a juvenile in the street suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was brought to the hospital and is said to be in stable condition.
Brooklyn Park police set up a perimeter and began a K-9 search for the suspect, who reportedly left the area before officers arrived.
At this time, no suspect has been found and the investigation is ongoing.
