Fulton County woman receives minor injuries, faces four charges following single-vehicle accident


A Fulton County woman received minor injuries and is facing four charges following a single-vehicle accident Friday evening in Ozark County. Sixty-two-year-old Debra K. Bryant of Gepp was taken to Baxter Health by ambulance for treatment of her injuries following the crash and then arrested.




According to the crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident happened when Bryant’s vehicle went off the right side of the roadway, she overcorrected, the vehicle then went off the left side of the roadway and struck a fence. The report indicates Bryant sustained minor injuries.

The accident happened on Missouri State Highway AR, one mile south of Bakersfield at 7:00 Friday evening.

Bryant is charged with driving while intoxicated persistent offender, not having a valid driver’s license, careless and imprudent driving in a crash and not wearing a seat belt.
