
On July 21 at around 4 a.m., officers with the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) responded to a burglary that happened in the 6600 block of Arlington Boulevard. FCPD said the victim reported that she woke up to someone in her hotel room exposing himself.
The victim screamed and the suspect ran away.
The suspect was eventually identified as 25-year-old Eric Isler from Arlington. Warrants for Burglary with Intent to Commit Sexual Assault and Aggravated Sexual Battery were obtained.
On July 22, shortly after midnight, officers responded to a hotel in the 6500 block of Loisdale Court for an assault.
The victim said a man forced his way into his hotel room, assaulted him and stole things.
Officers searched the area and found the suspect, who was identified as Isler. He was taken into custody.
Isler was charged with robbery and served his outstanding warrants.
He is being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center without bond.
