Keizer police said they have identified four juveniles — a 15-year-old, two 17-year-old boys from Keizer and a 17-year-old girl from Dallas, Oregon — who were taken to Marion County Juvenile Department and now face riot charges.
Authorities said the riot charges are preliminary and that additional charges may follow, noting additional arrests may be made.
The case stems from a report of gunshots being fired near Claggett Creek Park around 4:10 a.m. Tuesday, however detectives said they found no evidence to corroborate that a gun was used in this case.
Police discovered a house on Thorman Ave Northeast was involved in the incident before making the arrests.
Keizer Police Department is continuing to investigate the case, noting additional details will not be released at this time.
