TSA sets new record for busiest day ever at O’Hare

CHICAGO — This summer continues to be one for the record books when it comes to Chicago’s O’Hare airport.

According to the TSA, Sunday July 20 was the busiest day ever for passenger screenings. The department posted on social media Monday that 115,962 people were screened that day.

The previous record was set just a few weeks earlier on June 22. That

And just days before, on June 19, was the third busiest day at O’Hare.
