The headliner for the event is viral sensation S Dott.

Racking up millions of views across TikTok and YouTube, the trending S Dott line dances “Cowgirl trailride” and “Slow Wind” have been hard to miss across the country.

The event will also feature southern soul artist Creshaunda “Big Bo” Miller, known for songs like “Good Thang” and “The Big Ol’ Horse”.

Performances are scheduled to take place from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., showcasing a diverse lineup of artists many of them from right here in the Shreveport-Bossier area.

Those listed to be making an appearance:

  • Shilo
  • Ladiesnight

“We’re hosting the Summer Music Fest to bring our community together, celebrate local talent, and create lasting memories for families and friends. Events like these are important because they foster unity, showcase creativity, and support our local artists.”

The event organizers hope to re-ignite similar success to a recent Shreveport event.

“Another reason I’m deeply passionate about this event stems from the incredible impact 50 Cent created with Humor and Harmony. The positivity, unity, and genuine connection he fostered inspired me profoundly. While I may not have the vast resources or platform that he does, I do share the same vision. My goal is to continue that legacy by creating a space where community members can come together to celebrate, share joy, and uplift one another—carrying forward the powerful spirit of togetherness and hope.”

The festival is sponsored by Too Too’s Soul Food 2Go and will take place on Saturday, August 17, 2025, at Caddo Common Park.

Tickets are available online on Eventbrite.
