PHOTOS: Ozzy Osbourne in Philadelphia

(WPHL/NEXSTAR) — Rock legend Ozzy Osbourne has died, according to reports.

In a statement obtained by The Sun and the Associated Press, Osbourne’s family said he was “surrounded by love” when he passed away Tuesday morning.

At this time, no cause of death has been revealed.

Ozzy Osbourne was part of the iconic Live Aid concert at the JFK Stadium on July 13, 1885.

He also visited the Avenue of the Arts Borders Book Store in Philadelphia in January 2010 as part of his book tour.
