Located inside Hotel Crescent Court at 400 Crescent Ct., Dallas, TX 75201, the restaurant is part of the global Nobu empire. The brand was launched in 1994 by world-renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro, and producer Meir Teper. Since opening its doors in 2005, Nobu Dallas has become a destination for locals and visitors alike, combining Nobu’s international reputation with bold Texas-inspired influences.
Regional Director and General Manager Layne Nguyen said what sets Nobu Dallas apart is its ability to honor traditional Japanese techniques while incorporating local ingredients and flavors.
“Nobu Dallas is all about balance,” said Nguyen. “It’s luxury with warmth, tradition with innovation—and always with the highest quality ingredients.”
In addition to its signature dishes like Yellowtail Jalapeño, Black Cod Lettuce Cups, and Japanese Eel & Cucumber Rolls, the restaurant offers unique local programming. Guests can enjoy Tanoshi Hour, which is a curated selection of bar bites and cocktails available Sunday through Wednesday from 5–7 p.m.—or the Nobu at the Sushi Bar experience, a 17-course omakase menu presented every Tuesday and Wednesday at 7 p.m.
One of the most popular offerings is Sunday Brunch, served weekly from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for $75 per person. Curated by the executive culinary team, brunch includes an unlimited selection of sushi, Japanese and Western dishes, desserts, live DJ entertainment, and rotating chef stations.
With its blend of sophistication, creativity, and local charm, Nobu Dallas remains a staple in the city’s fine dining scene, proof that world-class cuisine can still feel uniquely Texan.
