(KRON) — Officers with the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department seized nearly 6 pounds of marijuana during a morning traffic stop near the intersection of Hicks Road and Shannon Oaks Lane.

The SUV was stopped for looking suspicious, police said. The driver had multiple felony warrants out of Mendocino County, and officers proceeded to search the SUV.

“A 5-gallon construction bucket was located in the backseat,” the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department said. “Officers were thinking a bucket of tools, but instead located almost 6 pounds of the devil’s lettuce.”

Officers also seized 23 grams of methamphetamine during the stop. The suspect was arrested and booked into the local jail.
