
SHENANDOAH – A Shenandoah man is facing charges in connection with the theft of several Amazon packages, police said.
State troopers charged Franklin Sterner, 39, of town, with misdemeanor theft, receiving stolen property, loitering and prowling at nighttime, and summary scattering rubbish.
The charges are in connection with the theft of several Amazon packages from a home on West Coal Street.
In total, troopers said $372.62 worth of merchandise was stolen, including a sewing machine, camera tripod, and a hot glue gun, among others.
