According to a news release from Frontline and Live Nation, the concert will raise funds for the Indy Public Safety Foundation while celebrating local first responders including police officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics and more.

“We relaunched IPSF’s signature event, Frontline, in 2024 with great success at Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park to increase the support we are able to provide to first responders and those helping to enhance public safety in our community,” Dane Nutty, the president and CEO of the Indy Public Safety Foundation, said in the release. “Once again, we invite first responders and the community at large to join us for an exciting event and concert benefiting the Indy Public Safety Foundation this year, featuring two great classic rock bands.”

Known for classics like “Carry On Wayward Son,” and “Dust In the Wind,” Kansas is one of classic rock’s most well known bands from the 1970s. Jefferson Starship will combine hits from bands like Jefferson Airplane and Starship, including “White Rabbit,” “We Built This City” and “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now.”

The release stated that before the show, the Tactical Tail-Gate will provide attendees with behind-the-scenes access to first responders and an opportunity to learn about their roles in helping the city of Indianapolis.
