Since taking the helm, Niles has collaborated with hospital leadership and staff to improve internal systems, support clinical operations, and strengthen community partnerships. His expertise in healthcare operations and technology has helped drive strategic initiatives that align local care with Baxter Health’s broader mission.
Prior to joining Baxter Health Fulton County Hospital, Niles served as Executive Director of Information Technology, Pharmacy, and Materials Management at Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains, Missouri. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology Management from Missouri State University-West Plains.
