Sen. Tom Cotton talks Medicaid, birthright citizenship, SNAP benefits in interview with FOX 16 News

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – FOX 16 News reporter Caroline Derby met with Sen. Tom Cotton to speak on some concerns that Arkansans have.

The topics on the table were changes to SNAP benefits, birthright citizenship and being taken off of Medicaid.

“For someone who shouldn’t be on Medicaid in the first place, they aren’t getting kicked off or losing benefits they deserved at all, it’s simply catching the waste and abuse in the system,” Cotton said in part.
