Police release surveillance video of suspect wanted for Oxon Hill fatal shooting

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — The Prince George’s County Police Department released surveillance video of the man suspected of killing Deon Damien Thomas.

The video shows the suspect leaving the shooting in the 5100 block of Indian Head Highway in Oxon Hill on Saturday, July 12.

Officers responded to the scene at 8:20 pm to find Thomas suffering from a gunshot wound. The 31-year-old died at the scene.

Investigators have shared two photos of the suspect taken after the shooting.

Police are still looking for the suspect and ask anyone with information to call 301-516-2512 or to contact Crime Solvers online.

A reward of $25,000 is being offered for anyone able to provide information on his whereabouts or identity.
