
PARLIER, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man was arrested after officers found a loaded firearm and 13 22-caliber rounds during a traffic stop in Parlier, the city’s police department said Thursday.
Officers were patrolling the area of Parlier and J streets on Tuesday when they initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle.
During the stop, police say the driver was determined to be unlicensed, leading to a search of the vehicle. The search revealed a loaded firearm, one magazine and 13 22-caliber rounds.
Law enforcement reported that the firearm was seized and the driver was arrested and accused of unlawful possession of a concealed loaded firearm.
