FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (DC News Now) — An overturned tractor-trailer is impacting traffic in Fredericksburg on Wednesday.
The Virginia Department of Transportation said the incident happened on Route 30 near Winston Loop.
Heavy-duty tow trucks were working to remove the tractor-trailer.
