This is according to paperwork sent to NBC Connecticut by the state judicial branch.
Valle was acquitted of murder by a jury last week after being accused of killing one person and stabbing three others at a house party in Shelton in 2022. The new charges Valle is facing include: Manslaughter in the first degree, 2 Assaults in the first degree, and an assault in the second degree.
These were the charges that the jury was deadlocked on. There is no word on when or if a re-trial will happen.
