CHICAGO — A 33-year-old man and father is missing after swimming at Montrose Beach on Monday.
Kevin Moctezuma was last seen in the deep end of the water near Montrose Beach at around 4 p.m.
His sister told WGN News he was with a friend when he went under the water. Informing emergency services was delayed until that night, according to his sister.
“He is a very laid back guy, very chill,” sister Priscilla said. “He would never hurt a fly.”
Moctezuma has a young daughter.
Moctezuma, 5’7″ and 170 lbs., has brown eyes and brown hair.
Family said the Coast Guard and CPD have been searching the area.
