Road closed after culvert collapses in Ohio

ATHENS COUNTY, Ohio (WOWK) — Drivers will need to look for an alternate route after a section of State Route 144 in Athens County collapsed Monday.

According to a Facebook post from Ohio Department of Transportation Southeastern Ohio District 10, a culvert collapse lead to the closure of all State Route 144 lanes between Main Street and Four Mile Creek Road.

Drivers can detour from US-50 to State Route 124 to State Route 144.
