Airport.media sold for $50,215 at Sedo. The domain name was registered in 2014 and parked at Sedo. It’s the highest reported .media sale of all time. I have to be honest I thought .media would have done better than it has to date. It’s a very popular keyword in domain sales.
Namebio has 2806 keywordmedia.com sales. Yet only 221 .media sales. I sold Star.media 5 years ago at Afternic. $1,888 a keyword like star probably should have been priced a bit higher but there had not been much demand. I own Fantasy.media which has gotten a few nibbles but nothing worthwhile.
Congrats to the seller
