AFD Rescues Window Washer Trapped Three Stories Up

AUSTIN (KXAN)– The Austin Fire Department rescued a window washer whose basket was tangled up due to today’s rain and wind, AFD said in a social media post.

The Austin Fire Info X profile said in a post, an AFD Rescue Task Force assisted with the window washer at the 500 block of Guadalupe Street.

“AFD crews rescued a window washer whose basket was tangled up due to wind and was stuck three stories up,” the post said.
