50 homes without water after water main break floods North Philadelphia streets

(WPHL) — 50 homes are currently without water after a water main break flooded a North Philadelphia street on Monday morning.

According to the Philadelphia Fire Department, the water main break occurred at the intersection of Thompson and Franklin streets.

Reports say the water main break occurred at 7:30 a.m.

At this time, the water department is investigating what caused it and is working to restore water service to the impacted properties.
