The 2025 ‘America’s Best-Looking Cruiser’ Calendar Contest is the 12th annual contest held by the AAST.
State Police from every state show off their unique cruisers in the hopes of having their designs end up on next year’s wall calendar. The top 13 cruisers are given a spot on the calendar, but only the top-voted cruiser ends up on the cover.
According to a Friday Facebook post from the AAST, the Florida Highway Patrol took away first prize for this year’s contest with a final vote count of 58,399.
For our region, Ohio landed in third place with 25,505 votes while Kentucky managed sixth place with 14,684. Unfortunately, West Virginia will not be appearing in the main pages of the 2026 calendar, having landed in 24th place with 3,192 votes.
However, submissions from every state will still be honored on the back cover of the calendar.
“This year’s contest reached over 1.8 million views on Facebook, and the comments and friendly banter between states made it all the more enjoyable! The event continues to fulfill its purpose: highlighting our agencies and strengthening our connection with the public we serve,” the post said.
Overall, the contest received 321,154 votes from across the nation.
Calendars can be pre-ordered now, with all proceeds benefiting the AAST. To learn more, you can visit the AAST website here.
