BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Foodies, mark your calendars: the 2025 Chefs’ Challenge is set for Sunday, August 3, at One World at Woolery Mill, with doors opening at 5 p.m.
This high-energy, Iron Chef-style competition will feature returning champion Adam Noffsinger of Michael’s Uptown Cafe as he defends his title against two local culinary contenders. The chefs will be tasked with creating a main dish using a secret ingredient revealed at the start of the evening. A panel of distinguished judges will sample and score the dishes to crown this year’s winner.
In addition to the action in the kitchen, guests will enjoy a full-course dining experience, including a salad, appetizers, a tasting of each chef’s creation, and dessert. A cash bar will be available throughout the evening, and a silent auction will offer guests a chance to bid on local goods and experiences.
Tickets are $100 per seat, and attendance is capped at 100 guests to ensure an intimate and engaging experience.
