Paulo Gelato & Chocolate, located in the 1000 block of West Chicago Avenue, opened back in 2022 after the owners decided to bring their recipes all the way from Europe to the Windy City.
The shop serves up small batches of natural gelato that is made daily. Additionally, the frozen treats are vegan and keto-friendly.
