INDIANAPOLIS — The Marion County Public Health Department is launching a new mental health resource.

CredibleMind is a new online resource that offers a stress-free and judgment-free path to enhance mental wellness, according to a press release issued by officials at the MCPHD.

The program provides learning labs with real-life guides and tools to improve one’s mental well-being.

There are over 100 different topics that are covered, including:

  • Stress
  • Grief and loss
  • Parenting
  • Relationships
  • Time-management
  • Sleep
  • Happiness
  • Aging

The website also lists many local resources and professional services in the community resources section.

CredibleMind is a great way to start the conversation around mental health needs by giving the community this amazing opportunity to access resources and education about mental wellbeing in a time when access to care can be difficult,” said Danielle Rhodes, M.S.W., L.C.S.W., director of the MCPHD’s Social Work department.

CredibleMind is available in these six languages: English, Spanish, Burmese, French, Haitian Creole, and Swahili.

Additional mental health information and resources are available by calling the Marion County Public Health Department’s Social Work department at (317) 221-2364.
